Spring fever doesn't come close

It is spring.
It is nearly the end of the semester.
I'm going to the beach this weekend.
I'm going to China to get my daughter in June.
Then I'm taking 3 months off work!
I have a picture on my desk that I look at constantly thinking "Holy shit that's my DAUGHTER!"
Did I mention that I HAVE A DAUGHTER?????????
Is it any wonder that I'm not getting *anything* done today?

It's a girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Emma Xiao Kun was bron April 1, 2004. The Dancing Librarian has a daughter who loves music and books! WOOHOO!!! We got the call yesterday and the pictures/info today, so my brain is still total mush. Pictures and more info are posted on our China Dreaming blog! Holy shit, I'm a mommy! I'll have a daughter in June!
