It's on!
We are extremely, and we do mean extremely, pleased to announce the referral of our daughter, Emma, born Cen Xiao Kun in Jiangxi Province, PRC. Her birthday is just four days before her Dad's. We also learned that she has been in foster care, which means she should be much better adjusted and suffer fewer developmental delays than most orphanage kids.
We'll have more information tomorrow when our packet from CAWLI arrives, and we'll post it here.
